This Privacy Policy explains how Darshan (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Coloring Pop mobile application for iPhone and iPad (the “App”). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.
The artist name you optionally enter, your saved colored artwork, custom color palettes, recent colors, and preferences (sound, haptics, auto-save) are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to us.
When you use the App, our analytics providers automatically collect technical and usage information, which may include:

If you buy a subscription, the transaction is handled by Apple through the App Store. We receive confirmation of subscription status and non-sensitive transaction details from Apple, but we do not receive or store your payment card number.

We may promote Coloring Pop through advertising (for example, on Google or Apple platforms). To measure whether those campaigns work, our analytics record events such as app installs and subscription purchases. This measurement relies on privacy-preserving methods and aggregated analytics; we do not track you across other apps and websites and do not use the device advertising identifier (IDFA), so no App Tracking Transparency permission is requested.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:
Locally stored content remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. Analytics data is retained by our providers according to their standard retention periods and our configured settings, after which it is deleted or aggregated.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our providers may process information in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required, such transfers are made using appropriate safeguards.
Depending on where you live (for example, under the EU/UK GDPR or the California CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. You may also opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (we do not sell personal information). To exercise any right, contact us at darshaniosdev@outlook.com. You can also stop analytics collection by uninstalling the App.
Coloring Pop is a general-audience app and is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
The App or this Policy may link to third-party sites or services that we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Effective date” above and, where appropriate, through an in-app notice.
